❤️Allow the steam to be released, lower your voice and articulate each word clearly and deliberately.
❤️Hear the person out and respond in a lower voice, by articulating each word clearly, you can bring the individual to your level of calmness.
❤️The best way to stay calm is to remove yourself emotionally from the situation.
❤️None of this should be personal. If it does become, remove yourself from the situation physically.
